AQUASANA
Selected Mondays & Fridays: 11.00am – 11.45am

An invigorating aqua fitness session that combines classic yoga postures, balancing Tai Chi and strengthening karate moves to stretch and tone the body in the mineral enriched waters of the Bath House. With no experience required, try something truly unique and harness the healing properties of our natural thermal waters to leave feeling rejuvenated.


YOGA
Selected Saturdays: 5.00pm – 6.00pm

Whether you are a beginner or a veteran yogi, our yoga session in The Chapel is a gentle yet deep full body workout, integrating mindful breathing and movement to improve strength, flexibility and body awareness.


TAI CHI ON THE TERRACE
Selected Sundays: 10.00am – 10.45am

Tai Chi originated in China and is a very light form of exercise associated with wellness, mindfulness and improved mobility. This session is for everyone, so don’t worry if you’ve never tried Tai Chi before! Spa Village Bath invites you to join our Tai Chi instructor for Tai Chi on our beautiful Chapel Terrace.
